Re: broken windows, you should read some of the criticisms of the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fixing_Broken_Windows" rel="nofollow">original theory on Wikipedia</a>. I stand behind the rest of what I said in that interview, though. And I still believe that Sam's specific implementation of striking through flamebait solves a real problem in an interesting way.
